Table Saw Dust Collector

Need a good table saw dust collector?  When using a table saw excessively, dust is one of the main byproducts, it can be thrown all about the floor and into the air as little microscopic particles which can be really annoying, especially for one that has allergies.

Now in order to protect yourself from such hazardous debris, you need to get a hold of a good table saw dust collector.  It can be hard to find a good one though, especially at a reasonable price, a lot of them are quite expensive.

I did a bit of research and while searching for a table saw dust collector came across the following products.  If you really need one of these devices, here are a few for you to consider picking up:

1.  PSI Woodworking TSGuard Table Saw Dust Collection Guard

At $149.60, this was one of the lowest priced ones I could find.  It’s a great supplement to a dust collector you may have at the bottom of your saw, it really cuts down on the fine sawdust powder that is put up into the air.

This is a great addition to your table saw, the only downside would be that the blade guard isn’t made to sit flat against the table and ride the work piece while it’s being moved through the blade, it needs to be placed above the table.  Without this, you’ll be getting a face full of dust and you’ll be able to do so for $300 less than most other models out there with this.

2.  Table Saw Dust Collector Bag

Now I had to include this simple solution as well to fill out this guide.  Apart from devices you can attach to your table saw to remove additional sawdust, you also can get one that attaches to the bottom of your unit.

These bags don’t cost too much, only about $12.99.  There is a product called the “Dust Cutter” though which collects heavy sawdust that falls under the saw, that one costs $34.95.

3.  Exaktor EXOA-2 Table Saw Overarm Blade Cover and Dust Collector

This is a more expensive solution at $420, but if cleaning up after woodworking sessions is becoming a real pain for you, this will help you keep your work area substantially cleaner, it will also prevent you from breathing in too many sawdust particles.

It’s a very sturdy machine that is well balanced over the saw blade, it will work to catch almost all of the sawdust that would otherwise wind up on the floor and your face.

Now in searching for a table sawdust collector, these are pretty much your best options, but by no means are they your only ones, do look around more before you come to a final decision.
